Duty Managers
Salary: Circa £27,000 pa (FTE 40 hours)
Hours: 1 x full-time position and 1 x part-time (30 hours) position available
We are looking for two dynamic and enthusiastic duty managers to join our team. With experience from a customer focused background, you will deliver consistently excellent customer service and be capable of managing all aspects of the visitor experience.
You will manage, support and motivate a team in a busy customer-facing organisation, leading by example and having a positive attitude. You will ensure that every member of the team is welcoming and that all visitors have a great experience and are encouraged to visit us again. You will deal with any customer queries in a professional and caring manner always upholding the highest of standards.
You will be responsible for the opening and closing of the centre and ensuring that all operational and security procedures are adhered to. The science centre is open 7 days per week, with evening events taking place throughout the year so a flexible approach and the ability to work to a rota system is essential.
