We are looking for an experienced Innovation Communications and Engagement Manager to join our Communications team, firmly focusing on Innovation and GOSH DRIVE.

 

Our communications team builds connections, trust and shared understanding with patients, their families, colleagues and volunteers, partner organisations and others. We’re here to generate active support so that together we can advance care for children and young people with complex health needs and enable them to fulfil their potential.

 

Working closely with the Communications team and Head of Research and Innovation Communications,  this pro-active post holder will develop and lead on dynamic, relevant and engaging Innovation campaigns and communications activity for colleagues, to raise participation in innovation amongst our diverse colleague base.

 

This post will develop and lead on delivery of communication and engagement strategies for Innovation, including to our own staff. The post holder will work with colleagues to develop insights and surfacing staff experiences and ideas will be really important to the success of this role – you must build strong, lasting relationships. Supporting delivery of commercial partnership agreements and advising on brand and reputational matters with respect to Innovation communications is a further important part of this role.
