The Royal Institution runs a year-round programme of inspirational public science talks from the world’s greatest thinkers. Since the pandemic, the programme is made up of events which take place in our theatre and online.
You will support the administration and logistics required for the organisation and delivery of these innovative, and fascinating, scientific events. Responsibilities will include fielding the public programme events mailbox and phone line, managing the associated Salesforce data input, creating event webpages and Eventbrite campaigns.
Job Title: Public Programmes Administrator
Accountable to: Senior Science Talks Producer
Location: 21 Albemarle Street, London/hybrid working
Contract type: Casual Contract initially to end of September– 16 hours per week
Salary: £15.00 per hour – equivalent to c£27,000 per annum
Closing Date: 9am on Thursday 21 July 2022
Interviews: week commencing Monday 25 July 2022
If you think you have excellent organisational, communication and administration skills and experience of processing and editing webpages on-line we would like to hear from you. This role can be worked flexibly across the week in a hybrid way.
