Payment

If you are paying by invoice (purchase order) or cheque please select the option on the payment screen. Note that Early Bird requires online payment.

Cancellations BIG offers refunds for cancellations up to 10 working days prior to the start of the event. Refunds will be made via PayPal where the original delegate payment was made through PayPal. Such refunds will be subject to PayPal’s policy on refunds, where a PayPal fee may be deducted, depending on time lapsed since booking. After this time, no refund will be given, but delegate name changes can be made up to 2 working days before the event. We will endeavour to make changes to printed delegate lists but we may not be able to accommodate late changes.
