Fees include lunches and refreshments during the conference day and Best Demo Competition entertainment, buffet meal and wine on the evening of Thursday 21 July. Delegates are responsible for booking and paying for overnight accommodation and any other costs.
This year BIG has issued 8 bursary places which will pay registration fees for the BIG Event and give limited travel and accommodation support. This is open to BIG members who are in the first five years of their professional career and have not attended a previous BIG Event.

Cancellations BIG offers refunds for cancellations up to 10 working days prior to the start of the event. Refunds will be made via PayPal where the original delegate payment was made through PayPal. Such refunds will be subject to PayPal’s policy on refunds, where a PayPal fee may be deducted, depending on time lapsed since booking.
After this time, no refund will be given, but delegate name changes can be made up to 2 working days before the event. We will endeavour to make changes to printed delegate lists but we may not be able to accommodate late changes.
